These bags are very sturdy as compared to foodSaver bags I have to leave a review. These bags are very sturdy as compared to foodSaver bags. Proof! I sealed whole fish with fins attached, and it did not poke a hole through the bags. Oh! No need to double seal, wasting time, these bags give a thick seal. It was definitely a value for a single mom’s buck. better then the stock foodsaver bags I think Only had them a few days but they were waiting in my mailbox when I got home from a day of fishing! I filled them up with a few filets each and they sealed very tight, better then the stock foodsaver bags I think. The pint and quart sizes suit my needs better than gallons usually available at the store, I can divide food up by the meal and don’t feel I am wasting space. I am quite satisfied and at about half the cost I will buy more
I suppose exceeding the specification isn’t a bad thing, right These bags are thicker than the samples that came with my sous vide water oven… I suppose exceeding the specification isn’t a bad thing, right? No worries regarding them getting accidentally perforated, nothing’s getting pregnant through these bags!Being new to sous vide, we bought the multi-size package, but it is clear that the quart size is the star of the show by far.We will have to come up with a decent way to store/dispense them, they are all loose in a big bag.
