Not up to (my) standards. I test all TEC units in a test set measuring temperature differential, applied voltage and current used. This is done at several operating points and the data is used to calculate the Coefficient of Performance (COP), and the values shown in data sheets. Based on these tests, I found that one of four units delivered was performing at about 25% of rated capacity.
