Best item out there These lightweight, simple pop-up coolers are handy and surprisingly well-made. We purchased these to transport five pounds of frozen Prime Texas smoked briskets and BBQ sauce for a post-game college lacrosse tailgate meal. We’ve shipped BBQ as checked in luggage in waxed cardboard boxes and in standard plastic coolers in the past. Both are heavy and bulky. Best cooler on the market!! I had a similar pop up foldable cooler from another brand but whenever the ice melted the cooler would get completely wet on the outside, so I bought this one, did some testing by filling it 40% with water, letting it sit for 2 hours and it did not leak. I took it to the beach yesterday, put 12 cans of beer, 1 small water bottle and a small sandwich and I still had room to put lots of ice. IT DID NO LEAK! YAY! I’m beyond impressed!!! I bought this cooler to take all my own foods for Ragnar — 200 mile relay running event (and we went down a day early, so rather than this being a 36 hour event, it was closer to a 60 hour event).
