One fault does not make me dislike the cup. It is a very good product. I really like this product. I am using it mainly for cold drinks, although it really keeps hot drinks hot for a long time also. But keeping cold drinks cold is really amazing. I use a lot of ice and I can’t believe how long the ice lasts before melting. My only complaint is with the handle. It is not permanently fastened to the cup and frequently comes loose. I don’t know if it is defective or not. But I think it should either be permanently fastened…or fit much tighter so it doesn’t…
GREAT PRODUCT AT GREAT PRICE!! This is a great deal – much less expensive than Yeti and works at least as well (I’ve never tried a Yeti) – PLUS you get all you need for one low price. A friend bought a name brand tumbler set (2 30 oz tumblers) and rec’d a 30 oz & a 20 oz.
