they seemed to get pretty good reviews My husband and I hiked a portion of the Appalachian Trail and chose to use these as our bladders. Overall, they seemed to get pretty good reviews, so it seemed safe. Throughout the trip, my husband’s held up just fine. Mine, however, did not. It started to leak the first day we hiked and everything in my backpack (clothes, sheet, etc.) got soaked… including me! It leaked all over my back and butt.
