Great quality, great value, awesome labeling surface They are heavier than the FoodSaver bags, and they fit (snugly) in my FoodSaver. After one or two bags, they aren’t snug. Not hard to use, just need to be aware of it when putting on a new roll. But what I love best is that they have a big fat label area on the right side of the bag. Great for sealing, but sous vide is problematic I’ve had these bags for a while and I haven’t had any issues at all. They seal just as well as name brand bags, and they’re sturdy. Great for freezer/fridge storage. Unfortunately, sous vide is another matter entirely. They work just fine for shorter recipes — I had them in the water for about an hour and no issues whatsoever. But then I dropped a bag of pork belly in for a 24 hour soak at 155F. The seal held beautifully, but the bag started to degrade. By the time 24 hours was up, the…

Thee rolls are longer than the ones sold by food saver, so they’re a bit bigger and they fit (snugly) in my machine (Food Saver now markets my machine as a Game Saver[some number], but it’s identical to the horizontal Food Saver[some number] I had before).
