Love it……… I’ve had a globe before and looked at several others, this is a remarkable globe, I just received it, I haven’t looked at the illuminated function, but judging from what I’ve seen of the globe so far, I know I will be happy with it, can’t wait for the grandchildren to see it. I was hemming and hawing about the cost, I am glad I decided to go with this one. It is well worth the cost.
It was actually the most beautiful globe I had ever seen I got this globe for my grandson’s 10th birthday. It was the hit of the party! Every child there wanted to examine it. They were very curious about how the world really looked and to see all the star constellations. It was actually the most beautiful globe I had ever seen. The fact that it lights up made it even better. One of the best and highest quality products I have ever purchased online.
I could only give it 3 stars for the following reasons First of all, this globe is just flat out beautiful to look at. The colors are brilliant (more on that later), and the chrome plated stand has enough weight to it , and the bonus items that came with it are nice………..the compass and a key chain. But I only could give it 3 stars for the following reasons: First of all, I was very dissapointed when I realized that I could not adjust the axis tilt – it is fixed.
