PERFECT!! Iâve been through 6 other headlight bulbs with poor results such as inconsistent lighting pattern, poor brightness and black spots. These lamps are perfect. Light pattern (in reflecter housings pictured) is flawless, the light on the road is bright and full with no black spots… I highly recommend. Now to see how long they last.
Let there be light! We’ve had our ’95 Explorer just over a year. We finally decided to give LEDs a try in our headlights. Early on we replaced the OEM headlamp and signal housings with “Headlights Assembly OE Style Replacement Direct Fit for 95-01 Ford Explorer/Mountaineer Chrome Housing + Corner Lights” and Philips’ Bulbs. We were so pleased with the results that we got LED fog bulbs, too. The trick to bright fog bulbs is to get the high-powered type that require a fan. Any others have useless light output…
Decent. The product is misadvertised as a 12000 lumen LED headlight set. That would be 6000 lumens per bulb. It is not. The spec sheet shows that this product is an 8000 lumen bulb set; 4000 lumens per bulb. I measured the light output with a lux meter and I read close to 4000 lux about two feet in front of the bulb.
