Great gift I’ve bought them for myself and as a gift people love them.
These blades are sharp like fingernail slicing sharp so be careful I use these knives everyday in the kitchen. I never had a chef’s knife before. I don’t know why it took me so long to get one. These blades are sharp like fingernail slicing sharp so be careful;)
I wanted to like these knives I recently purchased this set, but returned it a couple of days after receiving them for the following reasons: 1. The blade on one of the knives was loose. 2. Both the vegetable peeler and 2 of the knives stained when I cut carrots. The liturature promised that the knives would not stain, but the vegetable peeler and one of the knives did stain. The stains remained after repeated washings. 3. The knives were not very sharp. I wanted to like these knives. I have owned a set of the original…
