Too sharp I like that Gerber made a new keychain multi tool. Unfortunately this one has two fundamental flaws. First, itâs too sharp in several spots. The bottle opener wasnât surprising but the pry bar was. It was sharper than the scissors on Leathermanâs squirt. The second is placement of the key ring. Looking at the tool, there really is no other spot to put it but itâs locations means youâve got the share pry bar closest to the spot where youâre grabbing the item. The Mullet rocks! I am an EDC nerd… I have been looking for a good belt hook for my keys that also functions as a multi-tool so that I can slim down my key-chain and not carry my Gerber shard in addition to my other items and the Mullet fits the bill perfectly! Plus you gotta love the name lol… Business in front and party in back!
Too sharp for pocket carry & larger than it looks I was looking for a keychain multitool that I can take past secure places like TSA or theme parks. It’s a nice concept, even including a pocket/belt clip which was the main selling point for me. Carrying one for a week it is way too sharp for a daily carry.
