Solid headlamp I really like this lamp so far. It has the red mode which hard to find. The button toggles between red and white light and bright and brighter fairly easy. I like that it has some glow in the dark material around the led. I thought it was another light and tried to turn it off but it makes it easy to find in the dark if you leave it facing you.I also like the casing and ease of getting to the batteries. A little worried that it might. It hold up but I shouldn’t be accessing it very…

BEST BEAM there is for TRAIL RUNNING I bought this and the equivalent Black Diamond Cosmo and Princeton Remix headlamps. Tikka is the clear winner for trail running in the dark. The BEAM is PERFECTLY DISTRIBUTED. Only slightly brighter in the center, very even lighting with ideal width. It’s broader than the Cosmo spotlight mode and narrower than it’s broad beam. The red light is also better as it is more focused than competitors’; it’s actually adequate lighting for running gravel roads if you only need to spot potholes or…
