As a sous chef who uses knife daily, would buy again This was a great purchase. Wasnât expecting much for the price but it came sharp out the box and after a good sharpening it is razor sharp again. The only downsides Iâd say is the weight and blade thickness. My previous knife was a MAC which is pretty light and thin. So in comparison itâs a little bulky but still gets the job done.So to wrap up if you want a âcheaperâ knife that will last this is a great choice.
