Wouldn’t buy again. These ice coolers are meh. They make condensation so your sandwich might get soggy. I don’t recall the other ice packs doing this and they kinda “melt” quickly.
but the holes in the center of these are perfect to attach to the Velcro elastic strap in my … Never thought I’d “love” an ice pack, but the holes in the center of these are perfect to attach to the Velcro elastic strap in my daughters lunch bag (probably to hold a thermos?) so that they don’t move all over the place! They’re thin, so I sometimes pack two if she needs extra refrigeration. The best part? Most of the time they’re still slushy and cold when I unpack her bag, 8-9 hours later!! So yes, I officially “love” an ice pack.
Room temp after only four hours Very disappointed. I bought these mainly for my two year old daughter’s lunch box. I picked this product since it has so many positive reviews. I put one in my insulated lunch bag at 7 am and by 11 am it was room temperature. My food and drink were barely above room temperature. I feel bad that I didn’t know this is what was happening to my daughter’s lunch every day. These are going in the trash and will be replaced with a better quality product.
