Wash before using to make this a perfect sleeping bag! So… this stinks quite a bit when you first open it. I washed it and hung it out to dry and after that I had no problems. I LOVE this sleeping bag. It is definitely large enough for both me and my wife together. I like how it comes with comfy pillows as well. I wish all sleeping bags came with a pillow!
What a great deal!!! I purchased this for an overnight camping trip. We were worried that it wouldn’t be warm enough for 30* nights. It is rated for 40* so we were worried. We brought a fleece blanket just in case. When you first pull this thing out of the packaging, you may be skeptical at first. It feels thin and light. That may be a good and a bad thing. It is easy to carry and transport so the light factor of it actually was a plus. Thin? Not warm? Wrong! It was surprisingly warm without any blankets! But just…
You get what you pay for It’s ok, some of the stitching is already coming loose after just 2 camping trips and the stuff sack straps have done the same thing. For the novice or occasional camper this will be fine but if you use it alot spend the extra money for a higher quality bag. You get what you pay for.
