Good Book This is a good book for beginners and pros alike. Easy to read and understand with a wealth of GPS-related content. I purchased a hand held GPS and needed a crash course in the basics, this did the trick.
GPS for hiking, camping, and mountaineering Although the contents are a little outdated, anybody new to the use of GPS for outdoors activities on land can profit from reading it.Personally, I was dissapointed, because I was looking for the use of GPS for boating, and coastal navigation.
