I didn’t really like the set I didn’t really like the set, as it’s cheap, with very square edges, from punching it out of sheet material, but I give it 3 stars because it’s a good value. If you need the flatware, and don’t have much to spend, it might be a good choice. I ended up putting it away, and purchasing 8 place settings for about 10 x the price of this set, so 5 x the price per place setting, and I’m very satisfied now. I will keep this set for picnics and camping.
Looks nice, but lightweight I like the style of this set and I think it’s a good price. It looks nice for the most part. Some of the pieces are a nice weight (knives, large spoons), but the rest of them feel thin and light, like they belong in a cafeteria instead of a table. Still, for the price, I suppose that’s to be expected. One of the spoons has a rough edge. I’ve attempted to show this in attached photos, but I’m not sure if you can see it.
Simple and Pretty Design & Finish, But Too Thin I’d give this 3 1/2 stars, because these pieces feel very thin- almost like service ware you might find at a school cafeteria maybe- particularly the tines of the forks, which almost feel sharp. I like the knife the best, because the more substantial handle gives it a nice weight compared to the other pieces.Still, these are made in a nice design,and the stainless steel is smooth and brushed, giving it a good surface texture and non-shiny, finished appearance.
