hard to use and does not always work. I … hard to use and does not always work. I used it for hunting set it at my truck walked 200 yards in a strait line away and it told me to go the wrong direction to get back to the truck. I should have gotten the one that was 30$ more, this was one item that being cheap on did not pay off.

Long lasting battery and easy interface, but not very accurate For the price, this is a good hiking GPS, but there are a few good points that should be brought up before you purchase it. To start with, it might be good to know that, although it does not mention it in the description, it does not show routes or the actual line track of where you went. It just shows the direction in the form of a compass. Also, you cannot set a destination unless you have already set it as a waypoint and saved it to the device memory. One final think that might be good to…

Ms. Tee says:

Not for anyone with someplace to be. I bought this as a safety measure for when I take the kids hiking I can be sure to always get up back to the car, expecting to at least know the general direction to be heading as the crow flies. I don’t think I’m asking too much from this device. It does not perform. I’ve read all the instructions, I watched all the videos I could find and here is what I found.
