YUKSY Premium Knife Sharper Stone:
The best solution to keeping your kitchen knives always ready to slice, dice, carve, chop or cut.

Incredibly Durable, Easy to Use, Safe & Convenient, Double-Sided Grit.

Instructions for Use
1. Fully immerse whetstone in water and soak until bubbles no longer appear (+/-10 minutes). While grinding, sprinkle more water on the top of the stone to ensure the top surface remains wet.
2. Coarse gringding: Using the #1000-grit side, slide the blade edge along the stone at a 10-30 degree angle applying consistent light pressure. Maintain steady angle on both sides for best results. After sharpening the tool, it needs to be honed with coarse gringding in half a year, that depending on situation.
3. Fine grinding: Then use the #4000 grit side to polish your knife, don’t force too much. Generally you can use it once a week to keep your knife sharp as you want.
4. After sharpening the knife, clean the knife with wet cloth or water, then dry it.
5. Use a soft brush to clean the sharpening stone, then placed in a ventilated place out to dry.

An excellent stone sharpening First, I’m not an expert knife sharpener but I do like my knives razor sharp. My kitchen knives are Henkel and Kyocera ceramic. I have tried all sorts of manual hand held sharpeners but was never happy. Until this stone, I got the best edge with an electric Chefs Choice 3 station sharpener. That will get any blade pretty sharp. I wasn’t sure which stone to buy, so I bought the 1000/4000. It comes with a rubber base which is great for keeping it still. Out of the box, the stone isn’t…

I’ve used good knives my adult life having gone to cooking school as a minor. This done a fine job at getting my knives back to proper sharpness without removing to much metal.Picture is after sharpening my 40 some odd collection in a couple days, no real signs of wear.

Good Product Great size. I like The non-slip base and the numbered sides that The actual Wet-stone has. Worked wonderfully on my pocket knives, and have yet to use them on any of my kitchen knives.
