Great size for little hands but lid gets warm This 7 oz Foogo thermos is a great size for a side-item (such as veggies) in the little one’s school lunch. Our other “small” thermos (Foogo, 10 oz) is a little too big for small hands to open on their own. We use these to keep food warm until lunch time. My only complaint about this item is that the lid gets very warm so its heat retention properties aren’t as good as the 10 oz version.
Awesome little containers. I’ve been using this as a day container for little things like raisins, cranberries, and peanuts for the office and for travel. I have two of them and use them quite frequently and carry them in my daybag. They are convenient and easy to clean. I have not tested the insulation capabilities as I’ve only used them for dry snacks.
Pretty good for the price Such a huge help. We kept using tuperware but by the time my baby got hungry on a trip the food was cold. Don’t exepect any extra high quality super awesome insulation from this (just because the size and physics will work against you) but if you make the food piping hot then when you load it then it should be good when you feed your little one.
