Excellent cool pack Excellent cool pack. Gets ice cold in freezer and could probably put in fridge. Definitely needs a towel over it. I need it all night long for erythromylalgia. At 930 pm it was extremely cold and by 930 am it was still cold to be directly applied without towel. The only thing is it is very heavy. I have to pick it up to turn as I’m a side sleeper and it’s rather heavy to do that. But I didn’t want to take away from the five stars because of that. But for me it was lighter it would be better…
Awesome cold pack! Love this cold pack. Molds to the shape of the joint. Stays cold for hours. Doesn’t slip out of place like an ice bag or other cold packs do. I’ve had a lot of surgeries, and this works better than anything else. I just keep it in the resealable bag in the freezer, and pull it out when needed. Tip: if you don’t keep in resealable bag, it picks up funky smells in the freezer.
Buy a different brand. At first look I thought this was going to be great. I took them out of the package and the paper insert was damp. There were little beads of moisture coming through the ice pack. I ordered two different sizes and both have the same problem. I donât know what would cause it. When I wiped the surface, it left a yucky feeling residue on my hand. Buy a different brand.
