Store dinnerware safely in this cotton canvas storage chest from Household Essentials. This chest is designed to hold 12 dinner plates with a maximum diameter of 11 inches each. It is tan in color with chocolate brown piping and the front panel has a clear see-through window to allow the contents to be seen. Felt protectors are provided that slide between plates and/or bowls for up to a set of 12. Two handles on the side are attached by rivets and can support weight up to 25 pounds. Good storage for precious dishes These work incredibly well. I have 8 place settings of old Christmas China that needed better storage than a big box, so I got two of these. The felt pads that come with them are great. With 4 place settings (including mugs, packed strategically) in each box, there is still room at the top for napkins, flatware, etc. Have needed these for a long time.
Great way to store glass chargers! This box works great for storing the glass chargers I have. I like that the box seems sturdier than the china storage boxes I have, and that it has handles for safe carrying. I was able to take all the glass chargers I have out of their individual boxes and store them in this one small box, while still being able to stack other items on top.
Works great for me! This storage box for some extra dinner wear is exactly what I wanted. It’s well made, and and plates fit perfectly inside. I love the clear viewing piece on the front of it, so I can easily see which set of dishes is inside. The handles make it easy to pick up and move from one place to another.
