★ For maximum thermal efficiency, preheat or prechill the food jar just prior to use. Fill with hot/cold tap water, attach lid, let stand 5 to 10 minutes and empty water. After filling the container with contents, replace lid and tighten.
★ Never use a microwave, conventional oven, or other heat source directly on this product.
★ Do not overfill. Leave some space for lid and stopper to avoid overflow. 80% fill is recommended.
★ Contents should not be left in jar for longer than 24 hours.
★ Hand wash only.

My 9 son love it he was complainning about the cafeteria food was … My 9 son love it he was complainning about the cafeteria food was terrible 2 day in the week so I buy this for that days he can take food from home after 5 hours everything is warm 🙂
Great thermos, bad paint Really love this!! Seriously, even with the 4 star rate.The thermos is large enough for a teenager for lunch. It keeps everything very warm! She had used it at least 20 times so far and it is great. The blue color is amazingly beautiful. Only issue is the paint is now coming off the bottom. We only hand wash, and then it is hand dried. So the fact that it is already chipping is sad.
