The Astro Pneumatic 9421 Multi-Angle Internal/External Snap Ring Pliers are engineered for professional use, tips made from heavy-duty C45 Tool Steel. They are constructed so the user can quickly change out tips or from internal to external use, and include three interchangeable sizes of 270 degree adjustable and locking tips. The tool and tips both feature machined teeth to prevent movement once angle is set, and the tool is constructed with a firm and positive internal to external adjustment. Tip Sizes: 2.3mm, 1.7mm, 0.9mm.

Save your money and buy some better pliers.
