but i use mostly nylon insulated and those work fine. Very convenient having strippers on bottom and crimp on top. Sometimes gets stuck when crimping vinyl insulated butt connectors, but i use mostly nylon insulated and those work fine.
Good product for the money Good product for the money. I really like the build it is strong and durable and much cheaper than Klein tools and I think it is just as good if not better.
Decent pliers for the price I gave these crimp/cutting/stripping electrical pliers a 4 star because 3.5 canât be given. While they are pretty nice and can definitely do the job, a few things werenât as I would have liked.1) the pivot bolt is very wide as opposed to the overall thickness of the tool width. This may present a problem when working in tight quarters with minimal room (dash work). This could be remedied by using a more low profile bolt, or a high strength rivet to do the job. Not a deal breaker, but it…
