Works great! This thing really works! I’ve used it many times on my Sea Eagle inflatable pontoon boat and it helps you find the fish in a hurry rather than taking pot luck and moving around the lakes. I mounted the transponder onto a piece of inch and a half plastic pipe on one end and screwed the other end into a rod holder. This way, I can raise it up when I’m moving fast and drop it down for a slow troll. Works great!
Great value and functionality! This portable fish finder has worked well for me. The several times I’ve used, it cane on quickly and provided fast depth readings along with fish alarms when appropriate. Using the ft/m button, I quickly changed it to ft from the default m setting. My friend who was out with me on the lake was impressed with its performance and intends to get one since it is so easy and…

We tested the reading using a paddle and a tape measure and it was really close to what the fish finder showed. At one point we paddled over a school of mullet which made the screen light up with fish symbols so that seemed to work as…
