I have a bad back and this works perfectly when I go camping I have a bad back and this works perfectly when I go camping. The only thing I didn’t like is the built in pillow. But that’s just me, I’m picky on my pillow.

Good low profile mattress Excellent.. I am a side sleeper and weigh over 200 and did not bottom out. The self inflating part works very good. When rolling it up you should snap the side buttons it will help a lot. The small plastic toothpick sized items are for deflating the attached air pillows Note..only inflate the pillows half way and then guage your comfort level from there
