Minor Miracle for Menopause (night sweats) I hesitated before buying this because it was more expensive than other similar-seeming cold packs, but it’s been worth its weight in gold! Every night, I put it in a thick velour pillowcase (king size so it wraps twice around the pack). I put it under my regular pillow and go to sleep ~ it’s thin enough that I don’t even notice it now (I did a little at first). Then when I wake up with a hot flash, I flip my pillow over to the “cool side” which in this case is the blissfully chilled…
100% would buy again. I have used A LOT of ice packs over the years and this one is by far the best! It is cold and very pliable. The issue I normally have is that you have to crunch and break up and form most ice packs to sit flush on my injured body part. This one stays very jelly like and completely conforms, in my current case, to my knee. I plan to buy another – and will likely buy the largest in case I hurt my back. I bought the 10×13 and it works perfectly for my knee!
