Hit or miss quality The mug seems to be pretty poor quality and was not eligible for returns or replacement. We ordered two; one arrived in okay condition with minor defects under the lip of the mug. The other had larger and more visible defects in the enamel (pic included) on the outside and many on the lip of the mug making it very uneven.
Very cute and high quality I was a little hesitant when I bought this because I’ve had bad experiences with enamelware cups but I mostly love it.I had no issues with the enamel chipping or peeling, even with hot drinks and even the time it stayed dirty for a little longer than it should have.The edge is not sharp, I didn’t have to sand it down, and doesn’t have a rounded rim that can get hard to clean underneath. Mug was chipped on 4 large spots. 2 inside … Mug was chipped on 4 large spots. 2 inside, 2 outside the mug.There are also so many things wrong with the shipping and the seller. However, apparently I can’t mention them on item review.
