Weird shape, too narrow, too thick. Sent back. First of all, these boots are very stiff and are meant for walking on rocks and boulders. If you need hiking shoes to walk your dog in a park or a forest, then forget about these.Second, the shape is weird. They are very narrow, especially in the toes. The big toe is forced to the center of the shoe, and the middle of the foot is squeezed, so even putting them on is painful. Good Looking, Too Small – be informed Buyer Beware it appears Nevados as a brand run small. I am a 8 – 8.5… I’m 47 yrs old so I know what my size is, and its been the same since 1988… I have a pair of waterproof Nevados boots that are about 3 yrs old in size 9.5 that fit fine.
