but reaching into the back to get something was like playing a game of Jenga These are not very stackable. If you buy more than one set (I bought three) in hopes of interchanging them, it will not work. I stacked them precariously in my pantry, which is just a big open box cabinet, but reaching into the back to get something was like playing a game of Jenga. They don’t really “stack” and stay sturdy while stacked They don’t really “stack” and stay sturdy while stacked. If they are advertised as “stackable” they should have a place in the top of one where the leg of the other sits when stacked so they don’t slide off (which they do). I will use them, but not as “stackable”..
Buy these. You never know what you might find hiding in that disorganized cupboard! Strong, handy. What a blessing these sturdy shelves are! I have suffered through 4 years of trying to organize a cavernous, tall kitchen cabinet unsuccessfully. These shelves are a godsend! I have them lining the sides of my cabinet and on one side I have stacked one shelf on top of another and have rice, lentils, quinoa, and dried peas where I can finally see them. I found items I didn’t know I had hiding in the recesses of this abyss and now I know instantly what I have. I am only sorry I didn’t purchase…
