The best ice pack I’ve ever used. Perfect for post-hip replacement surgery and lower back pain that requires icing. This was great for me after I had hip replacement surgery. After I had my hip replaced I discovered the ice packs I had were really insufficient to cover the area near my hip that I needed to cover. Not only that, they were heavy and didn’t stay cold long enough.
