Helps when eating out with my elderly father My father, who is 95 years old, has difficulty when eating out. He can’t bite larger chunks into smaller ones, and even when food is sliced to be “bite-sized” they are not always small enough.I generally need to cut up his food before he can eat, and to that end I need a decent set of utensils. Love the mid century design, but… Truly a unique mid-century design with “walnut” handles (actually plastic but looks like good walnut and will be safe in dishwasher). But, the smaller forks, the ones with only two prong forks (love the design) and the smaller spoons are really tiny – maybe suitable for hors d’oeuvres. Having said that, I’m basically going to put into storage the smaller silverware utensils.
