Multi-use and easily stored. I bought this because I’m an amateur at just about any physical activity and find myself sore a lot. So far I’ve used it for shin splints, sore upper and lower back, and neck pain. It’s a great size and weight to drape over your legs or to lay on. It gets cold very quickly and stays cold for a good while. Often I just use it to cool down after being out in 100+ degree weather. This large cold pack is perfect! I have been looking for a cold pack large enough to cover my back, shoulders, neck, knees and hips and it’s great that it covers me enough so that I don’t have to buy 2 or 3 to cover the areas where I have pain. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and there are times where I need to alternate with cold and heat to get relief from the pain. One Product. Many Uses. I purchased this product for my husband who has arthritis and works from home.
