Useful tips:
After washing the lunch box, please let it dry first before putting all the parts back together. It is NOT recommended for ice/ice cream. It is NOT microwavable. The coupling between layers is tight to prevent leak and spill. After using it for a couple of times, it will become smooth. A couple of things will affect the insulation: (1), the amount of the food in the lunch box and the food’s heat capacity. If the food is less than 3/4 of the lunch box, it may reduce the insulation capability. (2), the original temperature of the food put in the lunch box. We suggest heating the food to a temperature high enough in order to provide a good insulation result.

Hoping a better product comes along… YMMV We like the way it looked but it didn’t perform as we’d hoped.Sadly, we were expecting a durable, rugged feel with an elegant look but instead, it felt low-quality. The containers leaked juices from the food while in the accompanying carrying case. The food also did not maintain temperature anywhere near the advertised duration. One food product had a reaction with the interior which made caused it to be inedible and discolored. After a long search, we were hopeful we…
I was really excited about this, but it was … I was really excited about this, but it was disappointing. It’s made of very cheap plastic and feels quite fragile. The seals are not the easiest to line up. A huge design flaw is that there are not separate lids for the different compartments. We had yogurt in the bottom and berries in the middle. When we took them apart, there was yogurt all over the bottom of the berry compartment. It was a mess. We were not prepared for that! We were at a baseball game and had NOWHERE to set something…
there is no seperation of food from the bottom of the next canister. this is cute and what a great idea for a lunch box. You have to think out what you will be putting in the compartments though. I had chili in the bottom and soupy butter beans in the one on top of that. I got chili all over my hands and the table cause of the bottom of the beans was the top for the chili. Not sure I’m explaining it right but it could get messy if you are not careful on planning what to put in them.
