Similar and maybe better than my old 12 year adapter. I have buy 2 of those , I will reorder and extra one . this is the exact power 5 amp AC TO 12 DC ADOPTER. I HAVE TESTED BEFORE REVIWED THIS PRODUCT. Now I could state it is good guality.
It works… but… I … It works …but… I have to say that when plugged in directly to my cars 12v the fan in my koolatron runs faster. When using the inverter it seems to be limiting it slightly. Just doesn’t sound the same. But it still cools. I have a company van with a factory installed 1000 watt inverter so the AC power to the unit shouldn’t be an issue. I just wanted to free up my 12v outlet for my portable oven.
Not suitable for Kooltran portable cooler bags danger!! Doesnât power a Kooltran cooler bag properly! Shouldnât be linked as for use with one! Got so hot the plastic casing melted and distorted , could of cased a fire! And doesnât produce proper voltage , cooler doesnât run right
