Good portable chair with footrest for the money This is a good portable chair with footrest for the money. It is light and seems sturdy enough (it took much of my weight in a fall on concrete with no ill effect except a rip in the cover. The reason it did not get a 5 was that the footrest part is a bit narrow and a little flippy if you are not watching what you are doing– but on the other hand, that narrowing toward the seat allows your legs to come down on either side of the footrest easier, kind of like you would sit without a leg rest…
Great lightweight chair for a heavyweight I have a Helinox chair one and had a Pico Chair.The Helinox is my go to lightest chair for Adventure Motorcycle Camping when weight is is a huge concern. It’s not super comfortable, better than the ground but over priced.I used my Pico chair the most though as it was most comfortable but it was bulky and heavy. PERFECT CHAIR. goldilocks. I bought 6 chairs in all trying to find the best one. Kung Do Way, Helinox, Alite Monarch, Timber Ridge. Mostly for my boyfriend who is 6’6″. This by far is the most comfortable. Lightweight for it’s size and well made. The Kung Do Way and Timber Ridge push you out of the seat and reclines too far back, the Helinox as well as the yellow version of Trekology was comfortable too but we really wanted the high back to rest on… this guy just won out on all fronts.
