Hot Therapy Instruction
Boiling Water: Heated in boiling water for 4 to 10 minutes. Use tongs to remove the pack from the water.
Microwave: Heated for 30s with intermediate fire, adjust the heating time according to the microwave power. After removing from the microwave, knead and flex the gel-pack to even out the heat.
For additional benefits, users can place a damp towel around the heated pack for moist heat therapy.
Hot therapy is suitable for sprains, strains and stiffness, mild arthritis, menstrual cramps, muscle pain and spasms, etc.

Material too thick, ice packs too stiff for post surgery This is nice and soft but it’s too thick to allow enough of the coldness through, plus the thickness of it causes the ice pack to melt pretty quickly.
