FIRE & ICE HOT COLD PACKS provide cool relief to soothe shoulder pain, bruised and scraped knees, tired eyes, persistent sinus headache, a swelling wrist or ankle, tender cheeks after dental work and so much more.

GRAB-AND-GO CONVENIENCE: keep a few of these formfitting gel pads in the freezer for immediate use when you need an ice pack.

THERMAL THERAPY: whether used as a hand warmer for your pocket on a cold winter day, or a bit of warm compression for an overworked, sore muscle, Fire & Ice Hot Cold Packs provide fast, convenient warmth after only seconds in the microwave

KEEPING IT COOL: stuff an ice cold gel pack in a lunch box to keep food fresh and cool all day. They make great freezer packs for lunch bags and boxes, as well as coolers when out on a trip to the beach or a weekend in the woods. Throw several frozen packs in the cooler, and away you go! No more messy ice cubes.

SOOTHING GEL: each pack is filled with our non-toxic gel solution which can easily freeze or quickly heat up for all your home food and nursing needs, whether it’s a chicken salad sandwich in your lunchbox or a child with a black eye or hurt knee.

SOFT CLOTH BACKING: Fire & Ice packs have a nonwoven, soft touch cloth backing made from PVC that eliminates the need for using a towel when the pack gets too hot, or is too cold for direct skin contact. No need for awkward adjustments and additional supplies, just grab a cold pack and get the relief you need.

This might work better cold than hot This might work better cold than hot. I wanted them as pocket warmers. When you microwave them (10 seconds at a time until your happy) they blow up like a bubble almost exploding looking and then are scalding hot – at 20 seconds total. You can’t hold them let alone put in a pocket or carry. The edges are slightly rough plastic and cloth like material, not comfortable. Since they are small even cold, you would need a few for any length of time cold items. If you have a spot about palm size that…

The best gel packs I’ve come across for the money!!! Arrived promptly and well packaged. Worked very well and easy to use. GelPacks work well and last about 20 to minutes out of freezer. Use a soft dish towel if you use them right out of the freezer. Follow heating instructions exactly or they will burst-this hasn’t happened to me, though-just follow instructions.Well made and the 7 pack assortment is perfect for most needs. I had eye surgery and the swelling went done substantially the first 2 days. Definitely a winning product…

The large ones I’ll be using for my eyes!Highly recommended!
