Average….but depends on your pillow preference Note: I have a bad neck and am particular about my pillows. I travel a lot (~2 nights/wk), and while I prefer to bring my regular pillow, I don’t want to carry around a bigger suitcase, so I bring this pillow instead. It works okay for me. After using it, my neck hurts more than it does when I’m at home, but my necks feels way better than when I use a hotel pillow. Good luck!Pros:- Good for travel. Great pillow overall! Bought it for a long flight on a C17. Felt great on the plane. Used it for the rest of my deployment as my primary pillow. Great on back pillow.
