General Use
1.Before first use, and as soon as possible after each use, wash all parts with warm, soapy water. Rinse all parts thoroughly and allow time to dry.
2.Preheat or precool just prior to use: Pour in hot / cold water, cover lid, let it stand for for 5 to 10 minutes to preheat / precool the jar, empty the water.
Pack your food and cover lid.
3.After every use, wash away residual foods or other contents,wash all parts separately, then re-assemble.
And airing or use a dry cloth to wipe away the water to ensure all parts to dry completely prior or to next use or storage.
Hand washing is recommended.

Very good lunch mate that keeps your food hot. I got this for taking hot foods to work… I get up at 4 o’clock in the morning to prepare my hot foods I’m taking to work in this food jar and by the time I’m ready to eat my food at noon. It’s hot and I’m very happy that I purchase this item. What’s more to say… it does as advertised and the folding utensils that comes with this thermos are a plus. Five Stars. All the way and a strong recommendation to buy this item.
Love this food jar Love this food jar. I don’t like to eat first thing in the morning, so I use it for a mid morning breakfast on works days or to dig into at the trail head just before a long hike. I do pre-heat it with boiling water while I get my oats boiled, then transfer to the thermos and top off with my toppings (nuts, raisins or whatever I’m in the mood for). By mid-morning I have a perfectly cooked, hearty bowl of oats and a convenient spoon to go with. I have on a few occasions made a chia pudding…
Perfect! I am self-employed and I work out of a van doing service work, so to have a nice hot meal ready sometime in the afternoon is really nice . I put hot soup into this thermos at 8:45 AM today, and I ate it at 4:50 PM and it was still so hot I had to blow on it to eat it.
