SELF INFLATING:
-Unroll the mat and let it lie flat.
-Unscrew the black air valve to the OPEN position. The mat will self-inflate as it lays. If you’d like a firmer mat, breath into the air valve.
To Deflate and Pack:
-Unscrew the black air valve to its OPEN position. Fold mat in half and roll the mat tight. Wrap the securing black band around it and place in your bag.
