Not stainless These dishes are exactly what II needed. However, I felt I must say these ARE NOT stainless steel. They will turn color in the dishwasher. I have baking pans like these, and they don’t last like stainless. They’re good enough for now while I get used to portion control.
Pictures don’t show the imprint that is on actual plates I ordered these expecting them to look like the pictures. Instead, they have a stamp of something that could be Chinese writing in the biggest section of the plate.
Perfect large plate I am on Keto and my plate needs to handle around 2K calories of food per meal. This plate was perfect! It is heavy duty and has plenty of room to separate food. Just for the reference: there are 6 scrambled egs with bacon in one of the compartments, full chicken leg and broccoli and 1/2 of the small bag of sour-crow. CON: no lid
