Perfect large plate I am on Keto and my plate needs to handle around 2K calories of food per meal. This plate was perfect! It is heavy duty and has plenty of room to separate food. Just for the reference: there are 6 scrambled egs with bacon in one of the compartments, full chicken leg and broccoli and 1/2 of the small bag of sour-crow. CON: no lid
Not stainless These dishes are exactly what II needed. However, I felt I must say these ARE NOT stainless steel. They will turn color in the dishwasher. I have baking pans like these, and they don’t last like stainless. They’re good enough for now while I get used to portion control.

The foods almost slide off by itself. I dont know if this is non-stick but it feels like it when the left over just slide off the plate into the disposal. I would recommend this to any friends.
