Great support from the seller, Sinicvision Technology Contacted support for assistance with configuring scan settings a received a really fast response. Seller responded with an answer to my issue and followed up by providing a pdf of the user manual. The scanner itself is pretty easy to use and performing as expected.
Nice scanner – Works and is accurate It worked right out of the box….after charging.Fast and accurate reading so far.The only con for me is that the scan distance is only about 4 feet. This works fine for what we bought it for but we need additional scanners that will need up to 10 foot scanning.I gave it 5 stars because it is and does exactly what it was advertised to do.-John
