Great product! Does exactly what it says! Everything about this product is legit. I knew the filtering process would be slow so no worries here. The only downfall is the handle/spout cover materials. The spout cover doesn’t flip when you pour so the water tends to go everywhere. The handle tends to bend at the slits down the middle when picking up/pouring.ive figured out a way to save time filtering the water though. I have owned this water filter for about 2 weeks a now and there is no doubt that the Aquagear is the best water filter I have e Having owned a Brita Water Filter, then a Distilled Water maker and then a Big Berkey Water Filter System for many years, I have always been on the lookout to improve the quality of my drinking water. I have owned this water filter for about 2 weeks a now and there is no doubt that the Aquagear is the best water filter I have ever used.
Flaws, but water tastes great – I bought two! I have mixed feelings about this pitcher. It’s well designed, and the water tastes phenomenal, better in fact than the bottled waters (yes, I’ve tried voss, smart, alkaline and other ‘fancy’ waters). However, the flow rate on the filter goes from ‘wow that’s pretty slow,’ to ‘I guess I’ll go watch 5 seasons of the wire’ within a few days of moderate use.
