Perfect for my Mild Case of Plantar Fasciitis I developed a mild case of plantar fasciitis playing tennis in running shoes instead of tennis shoes made for tennis (my bad). Fortunately I found these inserts from Forcare. The arch support is perfect……it’s not so extreme that your feet feel uncomfortable, just enough for you to notice the improvement. The pair I ordered fit perfectly in my size 12 running shoes and now I no longer have that nagging twinge while walking. I expect my mild case of plantar fasciitis to eventually go away…
Great arch support and perfect fit I need a lot of arch support and had a hard time finding insoles that will help with my posture. These insoles are great and I feel the difference every day. AMAZING for flat feet!! I have flat feet. I mean as flat as a board!
