Cheap! I installed the cooler tie downs on my boat. I got one use out of them and they started to break. The plastic that the screw fits over cracked since it was so thin. Now I have a bunch of worthless screw holes in my floor. It is a poor design and if you use your boat and cooler a lot, buy something a little more sturdy.
