Great product!! After doing extensive research, I am happy with autobrain. I was hesitant at first but the setup was easy and seamless. The GPS feature is great and tracking in real time was really cool. Autobrain also showed how fast the car goes on a map. THe trip reports are accurate and it included roadside assistance coverage which made the purchase a noBrainer 🙂
Never works right! Donât even know where to begin. The device or app always has glitches. Lots of times it shows the vehicle parked in our driveway even though it is another location. Uses google maps, and more often than not, their posted speed limits are way off. Very sensitive in judging hard accelerations. Can never get the app to reflect the notifications as requested. Constantly getting âFâs as a grade report average even though the driver is not driving poorly. Customer service stinks!
Easy and effective Easy to install the app and the device. Works reliably. It would be nice to set parameters that trigger an alarm outside the app; there are rules that trigger “alerts’ but you need to be looking at the app to see those. It would be nice to get a text message or phone alarm when the car is started or leaves a set boundary or exceeds a speed limit…
