They have great customer service though and contacted me to offer a … The first Bottle Genie I received was difficult to bend. They have great customer service though and contacted me to offer a replacement since they had a batch made with a heavier metal than usual. The second one they sent to me was easier to bend and use. I always supervise my baby when using this, but so nice to have a free hand once in awhile, especially when I am pumping and he is hungry and I can’t hold him with the pumps on.
Great but… Not for everyone. Not all babies are the same. Although the idea works great my son likes to swing his arm around and is always knocking the bottle off. It works great when he is swaddled in his swing but other than that I can’t use it. Still giving it 5 stars as any little use is a big help.
Good aid for the busy parent Works pretty well to let the baby feed herself. This has proven useful at home and on the road when she gets hungry. The only issue is if you are not watching, sometimes she can make a big mess with the formula playing with the bottle instead of eating it. Sometimes she doesn’t like having it around her and other times she doesn’t mind. Easy to adjust and for the most part very easy to use when the baby isn’t pushing it away.
