Five Stars Product as described and timely shipment
Good product It was fairly simple to teach grandchild about a compass
Broken but was able to be fixed by me; horrible customer service We had an issue with the pull string on this compass not snapping back as it was designed to do. Thankfully I was able to takeit apart and fix it myself. I called the company and the lady on the other end of the phone had no idea what product I was talkingabout because it was “only out in the warehouse and I am about to clock out for the day”. I was not impressed with the customerservice at all.
